Model/actor Ethan Zane Browne was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and grew up in Los Angeles. His parents are singer/songwriter Jackson Browne and his first wife Phyllis Major Browne. He has a half-brother Ryan Browne born on January 28, 1982 to Jackson Browne and his second wife Lynne Sweeney Browne.

Ethan has worked as a model and had small parts in two movies: Raising Helen and Hackers.  He can be seen in the attached Raising Helen video at 1:30 minutes.
