Tom Petty and Dana York were married on June 3, 2001 in Las Vegas following a Heartbreakers’ sold-out, two-night concert series. Twenty family members and close friends were in attendance at the wedding ceremony followed by dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.
It’s the second walk down the aisle for Petty, who’s first marriage to Jane Benyo lasted 22 years. He spent most of those years working, on the road or in the studio. He has two daughters Adria & Annakim by that marriage.

just caught the peter bogdonavich documentary on tom petty and the
heartbreakers – amazing!!! wow, forgot how talented of a songwriter
and musician tom was. blown away by the integrity of his music and philosophy of a true rock band!!! a nice finish to the obama election as
president – i see a similar integrity in both these men – are there more
men like this out there???

love tom petty, been trying to get tom to see our handcrafted, fabulous guitars. they are the stratavarious of guitars. we use only old growth wood. i had my hopes raised when tom said to peter bogdonavich i need a guitar, stand. the waiting is the hardest part.

Just wanted to say Tom Petty is awesome love his music, long time fan. He just keeps getting better with every albumn. With most bands they come and go you lose interest over time. But not with Pettys music it draws you in and makes you feel alive. Will always be a fan.
